Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for the Procurement of Goods and Services
All procurement of goods and services shall comply with Divisions 30-36 of Article 2, Chapter 2, of the San Diego Municipal Code, and all other laws and policies applicable to the City’s procurement of such goods and services.
Requests of Proposals may be issued when a contract for goods and services greater than $50,000 is required. Following the municipal code guidelines, these RFP opportunities will be advertised for a minimum of one day in the City Official Newspaper (The Daily Transcript).
